How to use this import file

Choose a spreadsheet for one tournament team and map the player columns.
Review names, contact details and the Yes/No coach and non-player flags.
In the tournament team roster, choose Import Players, select Has Headers, map the fields and preview before importing.

Tournament rosters are different from regular TeamSnap rosters. The import option depends on the tournament's registration setup. Confirm field mapping in the destination preview.

Common questions

Will this upload or publish my data?

No. It prepares a downloadable file. Review it and use the destination platform’s import flow yourself.

Why is downloading disabled?

A required field is missing, a value is invalid, or your input exceeds the preset’s supported limit. The builder identifies the source row and column so you can correct the spreadsheet or mapping.

Where are my spreadsheet rows processed?

In your browser. File contents and roster details are not sent to the export tool’s server. Usage analytics record the destination and row count, not your cell values.
