How to use this import file
- Paste or upload questions with at least two answer choices per question.
- Map answers and their correct-answer numbers. Review length and timer errors.
- Download the filled official XLSX workbook. In Kahoot's creator, use Add → Import → Import spreadsheet and check its preview.
Supported presets and checks
Standard quiz questions
Standard multiple-choice quiz questions only. Correct answers use numbers such as 1 or 1,3. The official workbook's instruction and header rows are preserved; this tool formats questions you provide rather than generating answers.

Common questions
Will this upload or publish my data?
No. It prepares a downloadable file. Review it and use the destination platform’s import flow yourself.
Why is downloading disabled?
A required field is missing, a value is invalid, or your input exceeds the preset’s supported limit. The builder identifies the source row and column so you can correct the spreadsheet or mapping.
Where are my spreadsheet rows processed?
In your browser. File contents and roster details are not sent to the export tool’s server. Usage analytics record the destination and row count, not your cell values.
