Privacy Policy

Native reading and basic PDF tools can operate on your device. Web tools, Cloud Library, cloud AI and signature requests send the information needed for those features to our servers and service providers.

PushPDF is built with a privacy-first architecture. We collect only what is necessary:

• Documents: Native files can stay on your device or in optional iCloud storage. Web uploads and explicit Cloud Library saves are processed and stored in the cloud. AI processes selected text and page images.
• Accounts and service usage: Sign-in identifiers, email addresses, tool activity, acquisition information, IP addresses and browser/device information support authentication, diagnostics, security and usage limits. Native Analytics and Crashlytics behavior depends on the app version and settings.
• Billing and signing: Apple manages native purchases; Stripe manages web billing. We keep provider identifiers and verified entitlement records. Signature requests store uploaded documents, recipient names and emails, signature fields, completed documents and delivery/signing audit events.

We do not require access to your device contacts to use the web tools. Cloud document content is collected when needed for the features you choose; avoid uploading information you are not authorized to share.

• Provide and enhance PushPDF's core functionality
• Verify Apple purchases and manage web plan access and Stripe billing
• Deliver signature invitations and share the document with the recipients you select
• Measure feature usage, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and respond to support requests
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations

Native PDF reading and basic tools use local files. iCloud stores documents when enabled. Web conversion and explicit Cloud Library uploads save selected document copies in PushPDF cloud storage. Opening a Cloud Library PDF downloads a local copy; edits do not automatically synchronize. Cloud AI sends document text and selected page images through our server to Google Gemini for processing. Signing in for cloud AI creates an account record and stores usage limits and purchase verification information. It does not synchronize your iCloud files with the web library.

PushPDF may integrate with:

• Apple App Store for subscription management and payments
• Google Gemini for cloud AI processing
• Google Cloud Storage for uploaded web documents
• Stripe for web subscription payments
• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for usage and diagnostic information when enabled in the app
• Apple iCloud for optional sync features you explicitly enable
• Google sign-in and email sign-in for web authentication, and Apple/Google authentication where supported by the native app
• Email delivery providers configured for sign-in links, signature invitations and service messages

• Access: View saved documents directly within PushPDF.
• Deletion: Remove local documents in-app and web Library documents from the Library. Native Profile → Cloud Account → Delete cloud account removes supported cloud account records; contact support for accounts with a web subscription or team and for cloud object or signing-record deletion requests. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Billing and signing audit records may need to be retained for service, fraud-prevention or legal obligations.
• Local and cloud copies: Uninstalling the app does not delete web Library files, optional iCloud copies, documents already shared with recipients or billing records. Manage those copies separately.
• Withdraw consent: Sign out of cloud AI to stop authenticated AI requests. Manage Apple subscriptions in Apple subscription settings and Stripe web renewals through web Profile → Manage billing.

PushPDF is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date above.
