Apple purchases and Stripe web plans are billed and managed separately. Local and iCloud files do not automatically synchronize with the web Library. Check your account.
Manage Stripe renewals and invoices from Profile → Manage billing. Manage Apple subscriptions in Apple settings. Cancel before the renewal or trial ends to avoid the next charge; access follows your confirmed billing period.
Web uploads are processed on our servers and stored in the cloud. AI sends selected document text or page images to Google Gemini. Signing sends invitations to the recipients you provide. Read the privacy policy.
File-size, page-count, rate and storage safeguards apply. Bulk signing accepts up to 25 recipients per request. Saved workflows run up to four steps: page numbers, watermark, compression and searchable OCR. They do not automatically send signature requests. Ask about your workload.
