Supported presets and checks
Keywords
For keywords in existing campaigns and ad groups. Match type is explicit; do not wrap keyword text in brackets or quotes. Blank optional bids are omitted. Keywords default to Paused.

Ad-group negative keywords
Ad-group negatives apply only within the named ad group. Check that a negative does not block a valuable query.

Responsive search ads
Creates an RSA sheet for existing ad groups with at least three headlines and two descriptions. The tool checks lengths, not advertising policy eligibility. Ads default to Paused.

Common questions
Will this upload or publish my data?
No. It prepares a downloadable file. Review it and use the destination platform’s import flow yourself.
Why is downloading disabled?
A required field is missing, a value is invalid, or your input exceeds the preset’s supported limit. The builder identifies the source row and column so you can correct the spreadsheet or mapping.
Where are my spreadsheet rows processed?
In your browser. File contents and roster details are not sent to the export tool’s server. Usage analytics record the destination and row count, not your cell values.
